The originating corporate entity, Dixie Lee Food Systems, Ltd. was founded
in Belleville, Ontario and has been in operation since 1964. Dixie Lee's
operation expanded from being a food service product distributor, to
operating initially 8 stores, in 1979, to more than 35 stores in Ontario by
1987. In 1988, Dixie Lee Food Systems, Ltd., began selling franchises and
has expanded to over 80 franchised outlets (with an additional 20 locations
under contract development) from coast to coast in Canada.

Dixie Lee International Industries, Inc., acquired the parent company's USA
subsidiary, Dixie Lee Food Systems (U.S.A.) Ltd.in June, 2007, with the
purpose of expanding additional franchise opportunities in the United
States.

Dixie Lee International Industries, Inc. is currently developing new
franchise opportunities based upon the proven and successful track record of
the founding corporation.
