Each Dixie Lee Diner is built on a modular steel platform with seating for 80-100 guests. This gives us the flexibility we will require to secure high traffic, high visibility locations. We are going to develop Company-owned training units in 4-5 regional developments around the USA.

Using these Diners as our regional operations and training bases, we will develop the network across the United States where potential franchise buyers can experience a Dixie Lee Diner first hand without having to travel a great distance. We are seeking single and multiple unit franchisees, who have food experience and a desire to grow with an exciting brand.
