The Dixie Lee strategy is simple: target the ever increasing take out business by locating units in convenient and accessible locations and develop units to minimize the franchisee's overhead costs. With the diversity of these three concepts Dixie Lee can meet the needs of any development demands globally.

The Dixie Lee franchise system has some of the lowest start-up costs in the industry. The complete investment will depend on the desired location, size of the concept and the extent of leasehold improvements required. We have included typical start up costs by concept under each heading.
